For most projects, equal payments are made at the start, midway, and the end of the project, but we can work with you to set up a schedule that meets your needs. We understand that this is a big investment and want to help you budget for the expense in whatever way possible.

On average, we shoot for a 1 to 4 weeks turnaround, but the pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role – more complex sites will take more time to develop

Our Support Team is available to you through a 24/7 ticketing system as well as our phone from 8 am to 6 pm  If there is something wrong with the infrastructure of your site or there is a needed software update, we will always make those changes as quickly as possible. We will do our best to help with questions about the site, share how to make small changes, and etc

Of course. You’re buying a website from us. It’s the least we can do. As long as it’s available for purchase, we’ll buy it for you and pay for the first year. We’ll send you an annual invoice for the renewal along with the hosting fees.
